Terms of Service and Conditions
The use of CashEgg.com assumes that you fully accept and agree to our
Terms of service as well as our Conditions which are set forth here in this
document. These Terms & Conditions also state that by registering, signing up,
and participating in offers in conjunction with CashEgg.com, you are
certifying you have read and have understood our Terms & Conditions as well as
our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you are agreeing to the contents and conditions
listed in each segment. CashEgg.com reserves the right to change its
Terms of Service as well as conditions at any time, for any reason, without
notice. CashEgg.com also reserve the right to change any aspects of the site at
any time. This may include, but is not limited to,
changing percentage or reward levels, removing offers. The website developed by
CashEgg.com is based on
completing offers with one or more of our affiliates, and optionally referring
other members to receive percentages of their offers. CashEgg.com does not guarantee the arrival of your
reward. If any
of the terms listed in this document are null, you agree that this will not
nullify the whole terms of service.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
In this agreement, the name "CashEgg.com"
encompasses all parts, owners, and operators of CashEgg.com as well
as any web sites, publications, and other information owned, or managed by
CashEgg.com or its founder. These terms and conditions apply to any
and all web sites owned or operated by CashEgg.com
I. OFFERS and COMPLETION OF OFFERS
1. Completing our Offers
A. Users may only receive credit for first time offer completions. If a user has
signed up for an offer elsewhere at an earlier time, he or she will not be able
to receive credit for completing the same offer on CashEgg.com. For
example, a user who has already purchased an offer from any company cannot
repurchase an offer for the same company from our website. Some exceptions
to this rule can be applied, in cases where certain offer providers
offer multiple products, or are "shopping" or percentage based offers.
CashEgg.com will have the final decision on crediting offers in the
event duplicate offers are completed.
B. The user must complete the offer by clicking on the offer from
CashEgg.com and nowhere else (including any of our affiliates,
competitors, or the offer provider's website). Users must click the offer link
from CashEgg.com for us to appropriately track and credit for a
user's offer completion. Note that some applications like spyware blockers, or
popup blockers may prohibit links to offers on our website from functioning
correctly. In some cases, the user is obligated to email CashEgg.com
for any other information we need to credit an account.
C. For a user to receive appropriate credit for the completion of an offer, they
must make sure that their browser settings are set to accept all cookies, and
that they click the offer link directly from CashEgg.com to reach the
offer provider's website. We will not credit ANY user that we cannot track
effectively.
D. CashEgg.com will not credit any users until it is reported
to us from 3rd party affiliates that a user has completed an offer.
We also make no guarantees or estimates on how quickly offers will be
credited.
E. All values rewarded for percentage return offers use net purchase amount for calculations. Tax, shipping and handling, and other fees do not get included in the calculations. At times cash back offers will only apply to some and not all products offered by an offer provider or payment fees may be lower for some purchases from the same offer provider.
F. CashEgg.com does not guarantee that offers will remain active or have static values. Payment values assigned to offers are subject to change at any time without notice before, during, or after any members have completed an offer.
2. Failure of Receiving Credit
A. CashEgg.com reserves the right to refuse crediting a user for offer
completion for reasons including non-acceptable methods of signing up, lack
of appropriate information, improper browser settings, violation of the terms of service, or fraudulent activity. We do not mean for the above statement to be a "catch-all" statement that gives CashEgg.com the full rights to deny any payment just because we fell like it. But we are not responsible for software on a members PC that interferes with an offer completion, user error, or fraudulent activity. In normal circumstances our members are not denied payments or credits. If a member feels they have been denied credit where credit is due that member may contact us at any time for further explanation which we will provide and take all communications seriously to see if further investigation is warranted. At times, if it appears one of our members is having a large percentage of offers revoked from 3rd party vendors we will contact the user for explanation before denying any further access. We will do our best to work with our members through any difficulties experienced. After all, we only grow as our members grow. Its in our best interest as well as our members to make sure that all offers are credited properly.
B. CashEgg.com is not responsible for delays in reporting to users in
matters of offer completion or failure to receive offer credit. The time
required to review every account is varied.
C. It is the responsibility of the user to save every confirmation email they
receive in regards to offer completion. CashEgg.com will manually
credit a user. A confirmation email is sent to a user from the offer provider
after their offer requirements have been fully completed. However, presenting a
confirmation email does not guarantee that a user will receive credit from
CashEgg.com.
D. If a user believes that they have completed an offer but has not received
credit, the user should verify that they have in fact satisfied the requirements
set forth by the offer provider and should ensure that they have waited the
appropriate amount of time for the offer completion to be reported back to
CashEgg.com (amount of time varies per offer). If the user confirms
that they have performed all of the necessary actions, and have waited an
appropriate period of time, he or she should contact CashEgg.com via
email or trouble ticket system through our customer support page.
3. Terms of all Offers
A. CashEgg.com is not responsible for any terms and/or conditions of
any of the affiliates or partner offers listed on our website.
CashEgg.com makes an effort to screen all offers to ensure the best
value and service for our users. However, CashEgg.com is not
responsible for any contracts or charges incurred between a user and an offer
provider. All users should carefully review the requirements, terms and
conditions and billing information listed on each affiliates website.
B. All users complete offers listed on CashEgg.com at their own risk.
CashEgg.com is not responsible for any services or products
associated with our affiliate offer providers. If a user has a complaint about
the products and/or services received from the affiliate, they should contact
the offer provider directly not CashEgg.com.
4. Eligibility for Cash Out
A. For this website, users must do the following to be eligible to receive
rewards: The user must complete and receive credit for enough offers to
reach a defined account balance. In addition the user can refer any number of unique individuals.
Any percentages earned for offers completed by these referred members is
applied to the required account balance for cashout.
B. A user is permitted to complete more than one offer and is permitted to refer
as many unique members as desired. A user may request a Cash Out
as many times as desired as long as the requirements for the Cash Out as
defined in these terms have been met. Any referrals or offer completions that
do not meet the requirement for Cash Out will not result in any additional
payments.
C. Referrals completing multiple offers will count towards
additional percentages applied to referee's account.
D. We will only give out credit for referrals that join by clicking on your
referral link. This is due to the fact that anyone who does not click your URL
link embedded with a special code cannot be tracked. Please note: some
applications can remove the special tracking code of your URL. Users assume the
risk of not getting credit for some referrals when using our site.
E. Users must reside within the United States or Canada, and only one account is permitted
per shipping address. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.
5. Offer Crediting
A. CashEgg.com makes no estimates on when any member will receive credit for completing an offer or making a purchase, but at any time if a member feels like it has been an adequate amount of time they may contact us and request further information.
B. CashEgg.com updates accounts on a daily basis. All accounts will be updated as soon as we are notified of participation in an offer.
E. Users must reside within the United States or Canada, and only one account is permitted
per shipping address. P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted.
II. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
1. Valid Information:
A. All users must provide CashEgg.com with accurate information about
their identity during the registration process, as well as any time after that.
B. All users must have a valid email address as well as a valid shipping address
in the United States or Canada. The user should also note that some
products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, therefore we cannot accept PO Boxes as a
valid shipping address. We only allow one account per shipping address.
C. All users are required to provide the current address where they are located. Even if you have a valid address in the United States or Canada, if you are not physically located there please wait until you have returned to that location before signing up. For example, if you live in the US and a visiting another country, please do not sign up until you have returned home. Because of GeoIP locating your account could be flagged as a non-US or Canada resident.
2. Accounts and Registrations:
A. Users are not permitted to have multiple accounts within
CashEgg.com. Any multiple accounts found to be fraudulent or which
violate the Terms and Conditions laid out by CashEgg.com will be
placed on suspension. Suspension can be lifted only if CashEgg.com
feels there is a legitimate reason. We make no guarantees on lifting suspended
accounts. We reserve the right to suspend anyone for any reason we deem
necessary. The user has agreed to use the same email address and shipping
information if they decide to participate in multiple programs.
B. A user may only have one account per physical address and per IP Address.
This is done to give our advertisers and affiliates quality leads. Because
CashEgg.com is completely advertiser supported, we cannot afford to
support more than one account at the same shipping address. Any account that is
discovered to contain shared shipping addresses will be placed on suspension. It is also considered a shared shipping address if we find that any members have entered an address that is not their current physical address temporary or permanent. You agree that when signing up to provide your current physical address and not an alternate address. In the event you change move or relocate you agree that your account will be updated to reflect your new physical address.
C. An individual user may not have multiple accounts at more than one shipping
address. For example, a user is not permitted to have an account at a street
address and a PO Box. Any discoveries of this violation and the user will be
placed on suspension.
D. A user may not use another person's name or information to receive
rewards
from this website. For example, a user is not permitted to join the site for
another person, or complete offers for another person's account. Any discoveries
of this violation and the user will be placed on hold.
E. Transferring of credits between accounts is not permitted.
F. Each single user is responsible for maintaining the security of his or her
account. Users should not share their account information and must keep their
password confidential. CashEgg.com is not liable for any losses a
user may incur through the access of their account by a third party or the
disclosure of passwords or account information by a user.
G. If a user has their account placed on hold, they may not create another
account on CashEgg.com. All individuals which reside at the same
physical address as the user who was placed on hold will be affected by this
policy.
3. Emails.
A. By signing up with CashEgg.com, the user agrees to receive emails
from CashEgg.com staff.
4. Cancellation of Account.
A. If you feel that you need to cancel your account, you may do so at any time.
However, please be aware that if you cancel your account, any members that have
currently received credit for your offers will loose credit for your
account. If you would like to cancel your account, please let us know by
contacting us via our Contact and Support page.
5. Security.
A. Any unauthorized use or entry ("hacking") into
CashEgg.com is
illegal and is punishable by law. Any violation of any of these laws will
punished to the fullest extent of that law. By agreeing to these terms, the user
agrees not to hold CashEgg.com liable if anything is lost or stolen.
III. Request for Reward
1. Receipt of the Reward
A. After a user completes the required steps to receive a
reward,
CashEgg.com will take measures to make sure that the reward is
received by the user as soon as possible but we do not guarantee delivery time.
B. Once the reward is received by the user, CashEgg.com has the
right to take legal action against the user if it is found that they
fraudulently completed the requirements. CashEgg.com reserves the right to stop shipment/payment
of any reward for any user if we feel there is adequate reason to do so.
2. Delivery
A. All rewards are sent to the physical address or email
address that the user provides in the account
profile. You agree to allow us to give your address and information to our
vendors so they may directly send you an award. It is a user's responsibility
to provide an accurate address and to ensure that the address is correct.
CashEgg.com is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect
shipping address, theft, or erroneous deliveries.
B. If a user does not receive a reward, they should make sure that they have
waited for the appropriate time period and make sure that the correct shipping
address was provided. If a reward is lost, CashEgg.com will try to
track and/or replace the package.
C. If a product has confirmed delivery via a tracking or transaction number,
CashEgg.com will not resend the payment or refund credit to a user’s
account. We reserve the right to deny a replacement reward or credit refund.
D. Delivery time can vary depending on what offers or purchases you participated in as some companies require delayed payments for reasons of fraud protection and returns.
3. Cancellations
A. A user may cancel a reward while it is being processed by contacting us
through customer support on the website. However as soon as a payment has been
sent to our payment providers for processing, or has been shipped, it cannot be changed or
cancelled.
IV. REFERRALS
1. Fraud
A. CashEgg.com reserves the right to screen all referrals for signs
of fraud. We reserve the right, at the our discretion, to determine which
referrals are fraudulent, and to not disclose the reasoning behind any decision
made regarding the incidence.
B. If suspicion of fraud is found, CashEgg.com may place the account
on “hold.” In such a case the user would be unable to request a payment.
C. CashEgg.com will take all necesarry precautions inorder to prevent fraud including verifying paypal accounts before full payment is sent.
V. Suspension and "Hold" Status
1. Reasons for Being Placed on Hold.
A. Discovery of multiple accounts. This can include multiple accounts created
with the same IP address.
B. Fraudulent referrals found.
C. Negative feedback from our affiliates regarding the offer being canceled or
completed incorrectly.
D. More than one account at a certain shipping address.
E. Posting information anywhere that encourages the canceling of our affiliate’s
offers. Violating the rules on any part of CashEgg.com, including any
other sites owned by CashEgg.com
F. Providing invalid, misleading, incorrect, or false information when setting up an account. This includes but is not limited to providing an alternate address than where you are physically located.
G. Any other reason or reasons determined by CashEgg.com. We have the
right to add or remove any reasons at our discretion without notice.
H. "Spamming" your referral link in any medium including but
not limited to message boards, newsgroups and email.
2. Additional terms regarding "Hold" status
A. CashEgg.com reserves the right to place any account on hold at any
time.
B. CashEgg.com is not responsible for notifying a user about their
account being placed on hold.
C. If an account is placed on hold, all payments will be stopped and the user will
be unable to request any further payments from CashEgg.com.
D. A user who has had their account placed on hold is not permitted to create
another account.
E. "Hold" status does not expire and is indefinite.
F. A user will not receive any reimbursement for credits or referrals received before
or after
being placed on hold.
G. If a user feels that their account has been placed on hold by mistake he or
she may contact us via our customer support page.
H. CashEgg.com reserves the right to place a user's account on hold
after they have received payment approval, and even after
receiving their payment. CashEgg.com does have the right to follow
up legally on fraudulent activities.
VI. CUSTOMER Support
1. Contacting Us
A. Any questions, comments, and concerns should be sent to the support team
on the website.
B. Although CashEgg.com does not guarantee a time frame for a
response to any inquiry, we make every effort to reply to customer service
inquiries as soon as possible.
C. To ensure the best possible service, users should only email us using the
email address with which they registered with.
D. We reserve the right to block any email address.
